nance No.20 passed by the City of Spokane
Valley City Council on the 14 day of January,
2003.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE
VALLEY, WASHINGTON, ESTABLISHING A
FRANCHISE FEE ON CABLE TELEVISION
SERVICES TO PROVIDE REVENUE FOR GEN-
