AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SPOKANE VALLEY,WASHINGTON,REGARDING DISCLOSURE OF
PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE CITY.
The introductory paragraphs state the City's authority to adopt and enforce reasonable rules and
regulations to provide full public access to public records and that it is in the best interest of the
City to adopt such rules and regulations.

Act.
