City Council on the 201h day of January, 2004.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON,
STABLISHIlVG ARTICLE V SPECIAL ZONES AND PROVIDING FOR
fLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE
NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM; DESIGNATING A
FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR; REPEALING ORDINANCE SIN
CONFLICT; ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR NON-COMPLIANCE; AND
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.

Seetion 2: explains that Appendix B is established to access fees for F(oodplain Development Permits
