The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 04-008 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 23rd day of March, 2004.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE 03-053 OF THE CITY OF
SPOKANE VALLEY RELATING TO SIGNAGE STANDARDS IN THE
INTERIM ZONING CODE.
The introductory paragraphs relate to amending the existing text to alter signage standards for schools,
hospitals, and other public uses.
Section 1 amends Ordinance 03-053 adopting the interim Zoning Code Section as shown in the
attachment A
Section 2 provides for a severability clause.
Section 3 states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after the publication of the
Ordinance Summary.

above. A copy will be mailed upon request. I
