RE: South Barker Corridor Improvement (Agreement to Pay Fees):
JG- 6563 Group 01
Dear Robert:
This agreement provides reimbursement to Washington State Department of Transportation
(WSDOT) for providing design/environmental review for the South Barker Improvement
project.
The City of Spokane Valley will provide reimbursement to WSDOT for all labor, equipment,
and materials needed to set up and complete the necessary WSDOT reviews/approvals.
WSDOT (Eastern Region) will establish account Number JG-6563, Group 01 for billing
purposes to cover the actual direct and indirect costs for the charges for the work. This account
will be set up for estimated labor and materials cost in the amount of $30,000. Should the need
to exceed this amount arise this Agreement will need to be modified by both Parties in writing.
A billing will be submitted each month to City of Spokane Valley until the reviews and
approvals has been completed. An annually adjusted administrative overhead percentage will
also be added (currently 14.55%). Payment is required within 30 days of receipt of each billing
to avoid any additional charges.
The WSDOT requests that the proper authority acknowledges the JG account by filling in the
Endorsement below and returning by email to my attention at: Burdicm@wsdot.wa.gov.
