The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 04-028 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 291h day of June, 2004.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY CODE TITLE 5, SECTION
15 PERTAINING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS.
The introductory paragraphs state that the City amends the special event permit ordinance.
Section 1 defines the term "City Manager."
Section 2 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid.
Section 3 states that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (S) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
