AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY CODE TITLE 5, SECTION 15 PERTAINING TO REGULATIONS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS. The introductory paragraphs state that the City amends the special event permit ordinance. Section 1 defines the term "City Manager." Section 2 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid. Section 3 states that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (S) days after publication of the Ordinance Summary.
