The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 04-033 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 10`hday of August, 2004.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON
AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 53 TO ESTABLISH SECTIONS 4.15.1
RESIDENTIAL DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS AND 4.15.2 NON-RESIDENTIAL
DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY UIVIFORM
DEVELOPMENT CODE; REPEALING PROVISIONS IN CONFLICT;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE DATE
The introductory paragraphs state that the Interim Comprehensive Plan adopted by the City of Spokane
Valley specifies dimensional standards for residential and non-residential development
Section 1 establishes Section 4.15.1 Residential Dimensional Standards and Section 4.15.2 Non-
Residential Dimensional Standards
Section 2 repeals certain sections of the Interim Zoning Code
Section 3 establishes a severability clause in the event some portion of the Ordinance is held invalid.
Section 4 states that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
