City Council Executive Session

EXECUTIVE SESSION: Mayor Wilhite called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
It was moved by Councilmember Munson, seconded and unanimously agreed that Council adjourn into
Executive Session until approximately 8:00 p.m. to discuss a personnel matter — the evaluation of a
public employee. Council adjourned into executive session at approximately 5:02 p.m. At approximately
8:00 p.m., Councilmember Munson announced that the Executive Session would be extended to
approximately 9:00 p.m. At 9:00 p.m. Mayor Wilhite declared Council out of Executive Session. It was
moved by Councilmember Munson, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn. The meeting
adjourned at 9:01 p.m.
