The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 04-047 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 9`" day of November, 2004.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CHAPTER 10.15 ARTICLE I OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING
TO THE BUILDING CODE.
The introductory paragraphs state that State law requires all jurisdictions to adopt and enforce the same
building code throughout Washington.
Section 1 amends Chapter 10.15 Article I of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code.
Section 2 provides for a severability clause.
Section 3 states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
