BY SPOKANE VALLEY CITY COUNCIL
The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 05-002 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 11`h day of January, 2005.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY CODE TITLE 6, SECTION 05
PERTAINING TO PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF CERTAIN PARKS REGULATIONS.
The introductory paragraphs state the City amends the special event permit ordinance.
Section 1 amends the infraction level for certain Park Regulations from class 1 to class 3.
Section 2 remaining provisions of SVMC 6.05 remain unchanged.
Section 3 establishes a severability clause in the event portion(s)of the Ordinance held invalid.
Section 4 states Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five(5) days after publication of the Ordinance
