The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 05-034 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 29th day of November,2005:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.10.040,
STORMWATER UTILITY CHARGE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Section 1: Amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code Section 10.10.040 Utility Charge by removing the
rate and stating that the surface water utility annual charge will be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule.
Section 2: provides for a severability clause.
Section 3: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
