The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-001 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 14th day of February,2006
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, EXTENDING
THE URBAN RESIDENTIAL ESTATE (UR-1) INTERIM ZONING AUTHORIZED BY
ORDINANCE No. 04-035 FOR AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS BEYOND THE SECOND
EXTENSION APPROVED BY ORDINANCE No. 05-025 IN THE PONDEROSA AND
ROTCHFORD AREAS;AMENDING THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND WORKPLAN.
Section 1: Extends the Urban Residential Estate(UR-1)Zoning for an additional six month period within
the original boundaries.
Section 2: provides for a severability clause.
Section 3: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
