The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-002 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 28th day of February,2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SVMC 10.30.060 BY AMENDING CHAPTER 14.702 AIRPORT OVERLAY (AO)ZONE IN
THE VICINITY OF FELTS FIELD, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND
ESTABLISHING EFFECTIVE DATE.
Section 1: amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC) 10.30.060 by amending Chapter 14.702
Airport Hazard Overlay(A)Zone.
Section 2: provides for a severability clause.
Section 3: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
