City Council on the 28th day of February,2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING IN
ITS ENTIRELY, SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 7.10 RELATING TO
JUNK VEHICLES; REPEALING AND AMENDING SECTIONS OF THE SPOKANE
VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 7.05.010-200 RELATING TO NUISANCES,
SPECIFICALLY AMENDING SECTIONS 7.05.020, 030, 040, 050, AND 060, AND
REPEALING SECTIONS 7.05.070, 080, 090, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190,
AND 200.
Section 1: repeals Spokane Valley Municipal Code Chapter 7.10 in its entirety.
Section 2: amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code sections 7.05.010-200
Section 3: provides for a severability clause.
Section 4: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
