The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-007 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 28th day of March,2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
PORTIONS OF SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.30.060 AS
ESTABLISHED BY SPOKANE VALLEY ORDINANCE 03-053 RELATING TO CERTAIN
ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS, PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, AND ESTABLISHING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
Section 1: Repeals portions of the Spokane County Zoning Code as adopted by SVMC 10.30.060, and
amends by repealing in its entirety specific sections numbered 14.609, 14.638, 14.642, 14.643, 14.644,
14.708, 14.412, and 14.820.
Section 2: Repeals portions of the Spokane County Phase One Development Regulations as adopted by
SVMC 10.30.060, by repealing in its entirety specific sections numbered 14.824, 14.609, 14.638, 14.644,
14.643,and 14.646.
Section 2: provides for a severability clause.
Section 3: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
