The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-008 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 25th day of April, 2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING CHAPTER 14.300.100 AND CHAPTER 14.623.020,
BUSINESS ZONES MATRIX, CODIFIED AS SECTION 10.30.060 OF THE SPOKANE
VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE, TO PERMIT PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING IN
CERTAIN BUSINESS ZONES.
Section 1: Amends portions of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code to add definitions for plastic molding
(thermoplastic), plastic molding(thermoset),and plastic solvent molding.
Section 2: Amends portions of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code to add plastic injection molding
(thermoplastic), plastic injection molding (thermoset), and plastic injection solvent molding in the
Business Zones Matrix.
Section 3: provides for a severability clause.
Section 4: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
