The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-010 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 25th day of April,2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON,
ADOPTING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND
AMENDING SVMC 10.30.010.
Section 1: Finds that all GMA prerequisites for the City's Comprehensive Plan have been met and adopts
necessary Findings of Fact.
Section 2: Repeals the Interim Comprehensive Plan, adopts Comprehensive Plan Spokane Valley
Municipal Code 10.30.010,and repeals Spokane Valley Municipal Code 10.30.020.
Section 3: provides for a severability clause.
Section 4: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
