Section 1: amends certain revenues in various funds Section 2: amends certain expenditure appropriates in various funds Section 3: establishes the"Street Capital Projects Fund" Section 4: establishes the"Street Bond Capital Projects Fund" Section 5: increases full time equivalent positions from 61.8 to 63.8.
