The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-015 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 27th day of June, 2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON AMENDING SECTIONS 10.05.080, 10.05.170, 10.05.180 AND 10.05.210.
OF THE SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 10.05, RELATING TO
PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK AND ACTIVITY
WITHIN RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Section 1: amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code 10.05.080, 10.05.170, 10,05.180 and 10.05.210,
Obstruction permit required,bond, evidence of insurance,and violation penalties respectively.
Section 2: provides for a severability clause.
Section 3: states that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
