Sprague Spokane Valley, WA 99206 (509)921-1000 NOTICE OF ORDINANCE PASSED BY SPOKANE VALLEY CITY COUNCIL The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-018 passed by the City of Spokane Valley City Council on the 8th day of August,2006: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF OLD INDIANA AVENUE BETWEEN PARCEL NO. 45104.9020 TO THE NORTH AND PARCEL NOS. 45104.9036 AND 45104.9034 TO THE SOUTH AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO. Section 1: states the Findings of Fact made concerning this vacation Section 2: states that the property to be vacated is based upon those findings; and vacates the area described on the attached Exhibit Section 3: designates the zoning for the vacated property as that designation attached to the adjoining properties Section 4: states the conditions of vacation Section 5: states that following satisfaction of above stated conditions, a certified copy of the ordinance will be filed with the County Auditor Section 6: provides for a severability clause Section 7: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the Ordinance Summary.
