The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-019 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 8th day of August,2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, EXTENDING THE URBAN RESIDENTIAL ESTATE (UR-1) INTERIM
ZONING AUTHORIZED BY ORDINANCE NO. 04-035 FOR AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS
BEYOND THE SECOND EXTENSION APPROVED BY ORDINANCE No. 06-001 IN THE
PONDEROSA AND ROTCHFORD AREAS; AMENDING THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND
WORKPLAN.
Section 1: extends the Urban Residential Estate (UR-1) zoning for an additional six month period until
March 6,2007
Section 2: provides for a severability clause
Section 3: states this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5) days after publication of the
Ordinance Summary.
