The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 06-025 passed by the City of Spokane Valley
City Council on the 24th day of October,2006:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 10.30.560
TO INCLUDE APPEAL FEE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS, PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The ordinance amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code Section 10.30.560(D) to reflect that the
completed appeal form, along with the appropriate appeal fee, must be submitted within 20 days of
service of the notice and order or stop work order for any person filing an appeal under this article.
