The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 07-001 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 23`d day of January,2007:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, EXTENDING
THE URBAN RESIDENTIAL ESTATE (UR-1) INTERIM ZONING AUTHORIZED BY
ORDINANCE No. 04-035 FOR AN ADDITIONAL SIX MONTHS BEYOND THE THIRD
EXTENSION APPROVED BY ORDINANCE No. 06-019 IN THE PONDEROSA AND
ROTCHFORD AREAS; AND AMENDING THE FINDINGS OF FACT AND WORKPLAN.
The ordinance grants an additional six-month extension of the interim Urban Residential Estate (UR-1)
zoning for the Ponderosa and Rotchford neighborhoods, or until September 6, 2007, and amends the
Findings of Fact and Workplan accordingly.
