The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 07-008 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 24th day of April,2007:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER
1.06.030 PERTAINING TO CERTAIN REGULATIONS ON THE USE OF THE
OFFICIAL CITY LOGO OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY,WASHINGTON.
This ordinance amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code 1.06.030 to recognize the correct name of
Greater Spokane, Inc., (formerly Spokane Area Economic Development Council) to omit the words "or
designee"after City Manager, to remove the company name of Purrfect Logos, and changed the approval
process from consent of the City Council,to"pursuant to SVMC 1.06.050.
