The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 07-009 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 22nd day of May,2007:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY CODE TITLE 1, SECTION 01
PERTAINING TO DEFINITIONS UTILIZED THROUGHOUT THE CITY CODE,
AND FOR MATTERS PERTAINING THERETO.
This ordinance amends Spokane Valley Municipal Code Title 1, subsection 070,to more clearly state the
definitions of certain terms, such as"City Manager,"and that the remainder of the Spokane Valley
Municipal Code 1.01 remains unchanged.
