AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 07-007 PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON
APRIL 24, 2007, WHICH AMENDED ORDINANCE 06-024 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A BUDGET
FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2007 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2007 APPROPRIATING
FUNDS AND ESTABLISHING SALARY SCHEDULES FOR ESTABLISHED POSITIONS,"
CREATING THE CIVIC FACILITIES REPLACEMENT FUND(123).
The ordinance amends certain revenues for the twelve months ending December 31, 2007, including
general fund to provide for additional revenue from sales tax, franchise fees, liquor board profits and
investment earnings; creates a Civic Facilities Replacement Fund, amends a Civic Facilities Fund, and
details the revenues and expenditures appropriated.
