The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 07-022 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 7th day of November,2007:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
GRANTING A SEVEN YEAR, NON-EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO SUNSHINE DISPOSAL, INC.,
TO PROVIDE GARBAGE AND REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF
SPOKANE VALLEY
The ordinance grants a non-exclusive seven-year franchise to Sunshine Disposal & Recycling,to provide
garbage and refuse collection services in the City of Spokane Valley on identical terms and conditions as
set forth in Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission Certificate G-199, and Tariff No 7,
copies of which are attached to the original ordinance.
