The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 07-024 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 27th day of November, 2007:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE
VACATION OF APPROXIMATELY 9 FEET WIDE BY 109 LINEAR FEET OF EVERGREEN ROAD
ABUTTING PARCEL NUMBER 45143.9009 AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS
PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
The ordinance contains certain Findings of Fact relative to the right-of-way to be vacated.The property to
be vacated is shown on the attached Exhibit A, and the zoning designation for the vacated property shall
be the designation attached to the adjoining properties set forth within the respective property or lot lines.
Certain conditions of vacation are listed in the ordinance prior to transfer of title by the City. Once all
those conditions are satisfied, the City clerk shall record a certified copy of the Ordinance with the
County auditor.

above. A copy will be mailed upon request.
