AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-015 SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 20.20

CHAPTER 20.30 PRELIMINARY SHORT SUBDIVISIONS, SUBDIVISIONS AND BINDING SITE
PLANS, SECTIONS 20.30.010 — 20.30.20; CHAPTER 20.40 FINAL SHORT SUBDIVISIONS,
SUBDIVISIONS, AND BINDING SITE PLANS, SECTIONS 20.40.010-20.40.050; CHAPTER 20.50
PRELIMINARY PLAT, SHORT PLAT, AND BINDING SITE PLAN ALTERATIONS, SECTION

Section one amends Chapter 20.20 by clarifying exemptions;amending monumentation,general design of
short subdivisions,and adding new section for attached single family subdivisions.
Section two amends Chapter 20.30 by amending the application procedure for preliminary subdivisino,
shrot subdivision or binding site plan;and amending the section dealing with contents of application.
Section three amends Chapter 20.40 by adding amending the final submittal process; amending the
contents of the final plat; adding a recordation section; amending the survey in lieu of ocnstructino
limitations;and section 20.40.050 on phasing.
Section four amends Chapter 20.50.020 rearding notice,decision and filing the plan.
Section five amends Chapter 20.60 by adding a new section regarding record of survey to establish ltos
within a binding site plan.
Section six amends Chapter 20.80 by amending section 20.80.010 scope; amends the application and
drawing requirements;and
Section seven repeals ordinance 08-021 in its entirety.
