The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 09-009 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 121 day of May,2009:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 07-015 WHICH ADOPTED THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; AND
PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 states that the purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Official Zoning Map adopted through
Ordinance 07-015 in order to permit the property described herein to be used in a consistent manner;
Section 2 explains that a public hearing was held and then lists the specific fmdings of the Commission
adopted by Council; Section 3 states that the properties subject to the amendment are described in
Attachment A; Section 4 are the actual map amendments; Section 5 amends the Official Zoning Map as
set forth in Attachment A; Section 6 references adoption of other laws; and Section 7 states that the
Zoning Map is maintained in the Office of the City clerk as well as the City Department of Community
Development.
