NOTICING REQUIREMENTS FOR AMENDMENTS TO THE MUNICIPAL CODE, AMENDING
TABLE 17.80-1 TO INCLUDE ALTERATIONS AND PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS

SEPARATED PARKING FACILITIES NOT BE SEPARATED BY STREETS DESIGNATED AS
ARTERIALS, ALLOWING WAREHOUSES TO LOCATE IN THE COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL
ZONES WITH CONDITIONS, CORRECT INFORMATION RELATED TO DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
AND NAME PLATES TO BE CONSISTENT, AND REMOVE PROVISION REQUIRING
HOTELS/MOTELS TO HAVE LOADING SPACES AS FOLLOWS:
The purpose of this ordinance is to make the amendments to those sections of the Spokane Valley
Municipal Code Uniform Development chapters as noted above.
