The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 09-016 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 18th day of August,2009:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3.50. RELATING TO SMALL
WORKS PURCHASES AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
The purpose of this ordinance is to update the Spokane Valley Municipal Code regarding small works
roster limits so they are current and consistent with state law for small works purchases.
