The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 09-026 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 22nd day of September 2009:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE 09-012 BY CHANGING THE EFFECTIVE DATE
OF ORDINANCE 09-012.
As a result of comments from the public, staff, and discussion among the City Council, the City Council
determined it would be appropriate to amend the implementation date for the Sprague-Appleway Subarea
Plan from October 1, 2009 to October 15, 2009 to allow staff and the public additional time to become
more familiar with the Plan's requirements.
The full text of Ordinance 09-026 is available at the City of Spokane Valley City offices as identified
above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
