, WHEREAS, the City of Spolcane has filed an application for an amendment to
Franchise No. 57-350 including additianal roads in Spokane County, as follows:

South of Mission Avenue
WHEREAS, the Board of County Comm3.saioners of Spokane County. Washingtotl,
thereupon fixed Thursday,Sentember ll, 1978 at ten o'clock A. M. of said
day, nC fihe office of the Board of County Commissioners in the Spokane County
Courthouse, as the time and place for hearing of said application and directed
the County Auditor to give notice of said hearing; and .
WHEItEAS, no person appeared to object.
N04J, THCREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the applicaCion is approved and Franchise
No. 57-350 ie hereby amended to.include the abovementioned por.tions of county
roads.
NOW, THEREFOItE, IT IS rURT}lER ORDERED that aC such time 4as Spokane County, iCs
asents or assigns shall have scheduled a projecC fvr placement of a permanent
type pavement over the street area where the water line is constructed, the
City ot Spokane Water Department,-fts agent3 or assigns. upon request of the
County Engineer, shall stub out water service lines to the fronting properties
