The affiliates of Time Warner Telecom Inc. are also changing their names, as indicated on the attached
chart. We have also listed on the enclosed chart any previous name used by the company or the name of
any company whose assets we have acquired for ease of updating your records and the Franchise
Agreement, Permit or License held by Time Wamer Telecom for the use of the Rights of Way.
The company and its affiliates provide telecommunication services as authorized by the appropriate state
and federal regulatory authorities and are authorized to do business in the respective states where services
