The original Agreement states that it was for one year, with three optional one-year terms possible if the parties mutually agree to exercise the options each year. This is the third possible option year that can be exercised and runs through March 31, 2024. The City would like to exercise the 2023 option year of the Agreement. In 2021 the contract was changed from a lump sum pricing to a per plow pricing. The Compensation as outlined in the new attached Exhibit A to this renewal letter includes the labor and material cost negotiated.
