COMPANY is Grantor, and Washington Trust Bank is the Beneficiary, recorded on March
19, 2020 as Auditor's File No. 6902791, in Spokane, County, Washington, having received a
written request to reconvey a portion of the real property described in said Deed of Trust, does
hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person entitled thereto the right, title and interest now
held by said trustee in and to that portion of the real property described in said Deed of Trust,
