Mayor Wilhite called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. and asked City Clerk Bainbridge to call roll. All
councilnnembers were present except Councilmembers Denenny and Delerning. It was moved by
Counciimernber Munson, ,seconded and unanimously agreed to excuse Councilnaerrrber De leasing from
the meeting. Councilmember Munson mentioned that Councilmember Denenny might be attending but
arriving late. Mayor Wilhite indicated that if Councilmember Denenny arrived after the final motion, he
would be excused from the meeting as well. [Note: Councilmember Denenny arrived after the meeting
was adjourned.]
1. Pro osed Ordinance 07 013 Extendin the UR -1 Interim Zonin — Mike Connelly
City Attorney Connelly explained the history of the interim UR -1 zone and of the need to pass an
extension as the previous extension ended yesterday; and said that this is identical to previous ordinances
except this declares an emergency and would be effective immediately. it vas moved by Councils einher
Munson and seconded, to suspend the rules and adopt ordinance 07 -013. After City Clerk Bainbridge
read the ordinance title, Mayor Wilhite invited public comment; no comments were offered. Vote by
Acclamation: in Favor: Unanimous. Opposed: None. Abstentions: None. Motion carried.
It was moved by Deputy Mayor Taylor, seconded and unanimously agreed to adjourn. The meeting
adjourned at 1 :35 p.m.
