NOTICE — ADDRESS CHANGE
The address is being changed to add a secondary address for a duplex being constructed under building
permit number BLD-2024-0287. In partnership with the Spokane Valley Fire Department, our office has
verified that to correctly identify the structure on this property, it is necessary to change the address as follows:

OLD ADDRESS: 5613 E Eastwood Ave
NEW ADDRESS: 5613 E Eastwood Ave (Primary)
5615 E Eastwood Ave (Secondary address for duplex)
This change will become effective immediately. For emergency response purposes, it is required to
post this new address as soon as possible. Also update your address with any phone service providers
(landline, VOIP and cellular), along with any alarm system companies to ensure proper response from
emergency services.
The International Fire Code (section 505.1) requires address numbers to be:
1. Placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street fronting the property.
2. The numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches in height, a half -inch stroke and of a contrasting color to
the background on which they are mounted.
