The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 24-007 passed by the Spokane Valley City Council

on the 7 day of May, 2024:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY
WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN;
AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
The purpose of this Ordinance is to amend the Comprehensive Plan as described in CPA-2024-01.
Section 2 speaks to findings from the Planning Commission. Section 3 speaks to the property that is subject
to the ordinance. Section 4 speaks to the comprehensive plan and map amendment. Section 5 speaks to the
map and any administrative action for the map. Section 6 speaks to liability; Section 7 speaks to severability
and Section 8 provided for an effective date. The full text of Ordinance 24-007 is available at the City of
Spokane Valley City offices as identified above. A copy will be mailed upon request to the City Clerk.
