THIS ADDENDUM made and entered into this 28th day of Aug. 1978
by and between WM. MAIN INVESTMEN2 COMPANY and MICHAEL T. KINNEY and
DIANA M. KINNEY, husband arid wife, hereinafter called Seller and STUART
A. LACY and JUDY E. LACY, husband and wlfe, hereinafter called Purchaser.

a Sale Agreement wherein STUART A. LACY and JUDY E. LACY, husband and wife
