JOINT PARKING AGREEMENT
CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, it has been demonstrated that required joint parking for Parcel A can be provided on Parcel B
to meet the requirements set forth in Section 22.50.020.6.2.6 of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code
(SVMC) of the City of Spokane Valley, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Director has approved ajoint parking agreement pursuant to
Section 22.50.020.B.2.b of the Spokane Valley Municipal Code (SVMC) to allow twenty -seven (27)
parking spaces on Parcel B to accommodate parking for the uses on Parcel A, and the owner of Parcel B
consents to allow said parking spaces upon his parcel to be used in the calculations of the requirements for
the uses on Parcel A and not be included in the calculation of any uses upon Parcel B.
WHEREAS, Thomas D. Hamilton, Michelle M. Hamilton and PSD, Inc., the owners of record of Parcel A
described below and Thomas D. Hamilton, the owner of record of Parcel B described below desire to enter
into a joint parking agreement as required by the Spokane Valley Municipal Code Section 22.50.020.B.2.b.
Now, therefore, the parties stipulate and agree as follows:
I. This Joint Parking Agreement shall become effective on the day of C)t� 2009, and shall
be valid for so long as Parcel A requires. Commencement of a new use on either Parcel A or B shall require
the owner or operator of such new use to comply with the parking requirements for that use in effect at such
time.
2. This Joint Parking Agreement shall be applicable only to the following properties:

3. The owners of the parcels, or any portion thereof, hereby acknowledge that all parking areas located
thereon shall be for the mutual non - exclusive use as a parking area of all invitees and/or permittees of the
uses located on the parcels.
4. This agreement inures to the benefit of and binds the parties, their successors and assigns for so long as
Parcel A uses continue. This Agreement may not be amended without approval of the Community
Development Director of the City of Spokane Valley.
The Joint Parking Agreement was approved by the Community Development Director of the City of
Spokane Valley on 1 2009.
5. This agreement shall be filed as a matter of record with the Spokane County Auditor's office for both
Parcel A and B as described herein.
