past, present, and future liabilities originating under any clause of the Contract by reason of the facts and circumstances giving rise to this modification or by reason of the
cumulative impact of all previously executed modifications to this contract. The Contractor agrees that the pace to this change order, including profit or fee, shall be
adjusted to exclude any significant sums by which the City of Spokane Valley finds that such price was increased because the Contractor- furnished cost or pricing data
was inaccurate, incomplete or not current as of the date agreed upon between the City of Spokane Valley and the Contractor.
