Replace existing structure With an approximataly 59' curb to
curb, 520' long (final dimensions to be detemlined by TS &L)
bridge with 4 travel lanes, bike lanes, and sidewalks. An
existing bike/ped net at the south end will be linked to a
pathway across the new bridge.

Re: Barker Bridge, Supplement No. 2 for Right of Way Funding
Please find attached a Local Agency Agreement Supplement Number 2 for the Barker
Road Bridge in the amount of $46,000. This supplement is required to request the release
of Federal funds for the right -of -way (ROW) phase of this project.
Per Local Agency Guidelines CH2M -Hill has prepared the enclosed Right -of -Way map
and a True Cost Estimate. The True Cost Estimate for CH2M -Hill to complete property
acquisitions and associated fees is $23,440.
Please review, sign and return at your earliest convenience so we can proceed quickly to
acquire the necessary ROW for this project.
