We have received FHWA fund authorization, effective July 21, 2008, for this project as
follows:

Enclosed for your information and file is a fully executed copy of Supplement Number 1
to Local Agency Agreement LA -6673 between the state and your agency. All costs
exceeding those shown on this agreement are the sole responsibility of your agency.
In addition, this supplement modifies your PE funds to a total of $30,058 ($26,000
federal share).
All future correspondence relating to the project is to be submitted to your Region Local
