Description of Work
Change Order No. 4
A Type 8 Junction Box was placed to replace old concrete junction boxes at the signal
at Sprague Avenue and University Road. This work was in addition to work included in
the plans and work performed on Change Order #2.
Materials
The Materials shall meet the requirements of the 2008 Standard Specifications.
Construction Requirements
Work shall meet the requirements of the 2008 Standard Specifications and the special
provisions. The installation shall include all labor, materials, tools and equipment to
complete the work.
