This Contract is revised as follows:
Description of Work
The work includes Grinding the asphalt at (8) eight intersection approaches. (See
attached) The price includes mobilization of small milling machine, sweeping and hand
cleanup and removal of asphalt along curbing. This will replace old asphalt and allow a
smooth transition from new asphalt approach roadway to new ADA ramps.
Materials
The Materials shall meet the requirements of the 2008 Standard Specifications.
Construction Requirements
Work shall meet the requirements of the 2008 Standard Specifications and the special
provisions.
