Change Order 1 revised concrete panel elevations to improve drainage, constructability and
ride. The cost of the CO pays for extending the project boundary on McDonald 31 feet south.
The total estimated cost (incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $5,389.48, paid for by an
80.0% STA grant and the City of Spokane Valley. There are sufficient funds in the project
budget to cover these costs.
