Change Order 8 adds the following to Schedule A - Evergreenlntersection Work:

An additional arrow board was placed on Evergreen to alleviate southbound traffic confusion
observed on the first day of Evergreen intersection construction.
The total estimated cost (incl. tax) for this Change Order work is $1,440.00, paid for by an
80.0% STA grant and the City of Spokane Valley. There are sufficient funds in the project
budget to cover these costs.
Original Contract amount = $1,219,000.00
Previous Change Order Cost = $51,944.48
Change Order #8 Cost = $1,440.00
Project Cost including Change Order #8 = $1,272,384.48
