09-207.00 Spokane County: Clement Street Improvements GrantQ Certification Regarding Lobbying For Grants and Cooperative Agreements Submission of this certification is required by Section 1352, Title 3l of the U.S. Code and is a prerequisite for making or entering into a grant or cooperative agreement over $100,000.
